Our Long Trips are mainly leisure trips without serious 4x4ing, except in the dunes of the Namib Desert and the Kalahari or perhaps crossing the rivers of the Wild Coast. We do, however, travel 'off-the-beaten-track', so only vehicles with low range can be accommodated.

With our trips being very family orientated, we try to incorporate the school holidays in our planning.

Our excursions are usually camping excursions, so everyone must be equipped accordingly.

With regard to catering, everyone must be totally self-sufficient for all meals, for the duration of the trip.
