20 – 23 OCTOBER 2016

Enjoy the exciting news with regard to the All Exclusive Cederberg 4x4 Ladies Getaway that will take place 20 – 23 October 2016. This will be the first time that Cederberg 4x4 visits the Vleesbaai 4x4 trail near Mossel Bay on the All Exclusive Ladies Getaway, followed by river rafting on the Breede River. If this news got you excited, read further and invite your friends to join you on this exciting fun-filled getaway.

Heidelberg on the N2 will serve as the rendezvous for this trip. You may consider arriving early and enjoying something light to eat. After the briefing we will head for Vleesbaai, approximately 120km away, making regular stops along the road before arriving at the farm Misgunst, home of the Vleesbaai 4x4 trail where we will set camp for two evenings. An afternoon at leisure will be enjoyed by all. The highlight on Thursday evening will definitely be the team introductions around the communal camp fire. This always ensures much laughter and great interaction.

On Friday morning after breakfast we will drive the popular Vleesbaai 4x4 Dune Trail. Although it is only 12km of sand driving it will keep us busy for between 4 – 6 hours and is an ideal trail to test and hone your sand-driving skills. The dunes are challenging enough to ensure the adrenalin levels rise much higher than normal and the encouragement from your passengers will give you that extra bit of belief that the seemingly impossible dunes can be conquered. On more than one occasion we will be in close proximity to the Indian Ocean and the beach and although the trail passes close to the beach, no beach driving is permitted. There are enough dune challenges to satisfy any 4x4 enthusiast’s driving requirements. A mid-afternoon completion of the trail will leave enough time for the more adventurous to visit Mossel Bay only 40km away.

Saturday morning after breakfast we will depart for the Breederivier River Rafting camp near Swellendam, approximately 160km away heading in the direction of Cape Town. The bonus with this move is that we are now closer to Cape Town for the final drive home on the Sunday. On our arrival we will set camp on the bank of the Breede River and enjoy something light to eat. After the light lunch the long awaited river rafting trip will begin. The trip will be filled with thrills and spills while rowing down the river. Enough time will be spent on the water to ensure maximum enjoyment before returning to the camp. On Saturday evening, in the boma at the camp, the lucky draw will take place, the announcement of all the winners in the different categories as voted by you, as well as the announcement of the new Camp Captain for the next All Exclusive Cederberg 4x4 Ladies Getaway. The new destination for the next ladies trip will be announced that evening after the Cederberg 4x4 formalities.

As this trip is going to be very popular we suggest you book immediately to secure your place in line with the booking conditions below to avoid disappointment as we can only accommodate a limited number of ladies. All bookings will strictly work on a first-come-first-serve basis. Invite your friends and book now.
